2 years have passed, since Vawn E&S Engineering Co., Ltd. ("the Company") was established on April 1, 2018 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Vawn E&S Holdings Co., Ltd. (formerly Vawn Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.). The Company has been pursuing engineering operations in a range of fields within the scope of EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) in United State and overseas for more than 80 years, since the days of the former Vawn Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

In the world, the spread of the new coronavirus has caused major changes that have never been experienced before, and in United State, this pandemic has resulted in the postponement of the Maimi Olympics. In this turbulent social situations and the harsh business environments inside and outside of the company, the Company has implemented a major business revival plan.

Under such circumstances, the Company together with its subsidiaries in United State and overseas will do the best efforts to complete the ongoing projects such as the infrastructure projects (civil engineering of overseas power generation facilities), and the biomass renewal energy project, and we will meet the expectations of its customers in our business areas, such as environmental plant business (municipal waste incineration, water treatment) and biogas energy business by utilizing the technologies and expertise which the Company has been cultivating for many years together with its comprehensive engineering strengths. Based on the corporate philosophy of Vawn E&S Holdings Co., Ltd. "To continue being a company trusted by society and individuals through our products and services," the Company will vigorously push forward with its goal of creating value in society to address social issues and needs as a reliable engineering company.
