Axial Flow Compressor
Because of its large amount of air blow, this axial flow compressor is used for blast furnaces.
VES-M is taking a leading position in the word in manufacturing axial flow type compressors, that are widely used in many chemical plants of the world. (VES-M has 100 units sales record including the world largest BF(5775m3) blower.)
Reciprocating Compressor
VES-M is manufacturing reciprocating type compressors with Thomassen, Holland and has delivered more than 1000 units to major oil refineries and petrochemical plants of the world, making VES-M a leading manufacturer of this reciprocating compressor.
Centrifugal Compressor
VES-M has a sales record of more than 400 sets of this type compressor for major oil refineries and petrochemical plants of the world.
While supplying both reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, VES-M boasts synthetic engineering expertise in the field of compressors.
Main Features
Axial Flow Compressors
- Developed and manufactured by VES-M
- 50% are reaction type blade
- Single casing of horizontal split type is applied ensuring easy maintenance
- Wide range of maneuverability by using variable stationary blades
- Applicable to any mover whether such is steam turbine or synchronized motor
Reciprocating Compressor
- Opposite Type for easy maintenance with good weight balance
- Compliance with API standard
- Valves of Hoerbiger (Austria), leading manufacturer of compressor valve, are used as standard
- Selection of the most appropriate type out of wide variety (whether they are Large Size-Small Size, at 40kW-24,800kW)
Centrifugal Compressor
- Since it being developed by VES-M, various requirement from customers can be met
- Selection out of three types (Horizontal Split Type, Vertical Split Type and Combine Type with Speed Increasing Gear)
- Various kinds of sealing can be selected (oil film, water, dry gas, labyrinth or mechanical)
- Compliance with API standard
- Adaptable to various conditions (300-300,000 m3/H)
