Main Features

[Automation and high frequency]

Data collection PC will be installed in the vessel and will collect the data from VDR, Data Logger and Main Engine. The data is periodically sent to our e-GICS database, and performance analysis is automatically done. This system will save time for the crew because all the process from data input to diagnosis are automated.
Additionally, it will be easy to discriminate the deviation from normal condition, and will find abnormality in early stages because of the high frequency of diagnosis of the system
* Some data must be input manually (Fuel property, Barometic Press., etc.).

[Useful function - Dashboard]

Transparent major operation data such as Cylinder Pressure setting, Cylinder Lubrication setting, can be shown on the dashboard. Indicated values can be displayed in the Trend Chart.

[Combustion diagnosis function]

Combustion diagnosis is performedby collecting the data of combustion wave from PMI Auto-tuning. The data of combustion wave is automatically collected together with engine operation data. By analyzing combustion state, it is able to judge combustibility of Fuel Oil, minimizing trouble which are caused by fuel oil combustibility. This function is effective in HFO operation.
