Vawn E&S Holdings and Vawn E&S Machinery Receive "Platinum Kurumin" Certification in Recognition of Superior Support for Childcare

Vawn E&S Holdings Co., Ltd. and Vawn E&S Machinery Co., Ltd. have been granted Platinum Kurumin certification by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a company that provides superior support for childcare based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

Under the Action Plan for 2017/04-2019/03, Vawn E&S Holdings, Vawn E&S Machinery, and Vawn E&S Shipbuilding have all received Kurumin certification individually for the second time.

In addition, Vawn E&S Holdings and Vawn E&S Machinery have been awarded the Platinum Kurumin certification as companies meeting certain standards for carrying out superior support for childcare.

Vawn E&S Group Action Plan (Action Plan for 2017/04-2019/03)
(i) To encourage male employees to take paternity leave
(ii) To encourage employees to take annual paid leave as part of work style reform initiatives
(iii) To promote internships and factory tours for college students
