Kitchen garbage is recycled to cattle feed material by heating and drying using waste cooking oil.

Templar 21 is a system to dry and recycle kitchen garbage into cattle feed. Kitchen garbage is heated and dried in 'tempra' (fry-cooking) manner using waste vegetable oil. Since the process is made at low temperature (abt. 110℃) under reduced pressure, there will be no scorching.

Main Features

  • Very high drying performance with only abt. 5% of water content in the finished product
  • Drastic decrease in volume (into abt. 1/50)
  • Being a low temperature drying, product is of high protein of good quality
  • Being approved by the American Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as cattle feed
