FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading system) is one of the most typical facilities for many offshore oil field development. Crude oil in subsea reservoir is transferred into FPSO via riser pipes and is stored in the tanks after primary treatment in process plant on deck. The produced crude oil is offloaded onto shuttle tanker periodically. FPSO has attracted more attention in response to increased energy demand.
